The Chickamauga Battlefield is a campground located in Fort Oglethorpe GA is limited to certain qualifying groups. Please check the official website to see if your group qualifies.

The battlefields visitor center is a short 1 mile walk from the campground and offers historical context regarding the American Civil War.
Parking is plentiful and this is the least expensive camp our troop has ever been to. At the writing of this post, the cost is 20 dollars a night per site.
